The Upstate Santa Experience is truly one of a kind! We have booked every year for the past three years, and it has been absolutely incredible each time. Our very first year, Taylor went above and beyond to accommodate us when our son was only 6 months old, which meant so much to our family. Taylor and Santa Joe truly make every experience feel personalized, magical, and special - not rushed or generic. It has become one of our favorite holiday traditions, and the memories are priceless.
